We are a fully equipped engineering and consulting firm. We have the skills and equipment required to take on any engineering design or fabrication task.

Engineering Design Our designers are both excellent at the design of parts and the use of 3D CAD/CAM software. This allows us to perform engineering tasks to a high degree of expertise and efficiency. Our engineering services can be used to alleviate peak work loads (offloading) or we can accomplish complete design/build projects.
Drawing Conversion We can convert 2D drawings, 2D and 3D datasets into any form of CATIA geometry requested including solids for use in computerized mock-ups.
Kinematics We can take your existing CAD or paper based mechanisms and model them as 3D solids to apply kinematics for dynamic interference and load studies.
Complex Lofting Our loftsmen are from the Shipbuilding and Aerospace industries with unsurpassed knowledge of Conic based surface definitions. After generating CATIA SURF2 complex surfaces, manipulation at the patch level is used to ensure tangency and curvature continuity across boundaries.
Tool design A completely defined 3D solid of tools and fixtures will be developed along with a standard ANSI drawing.
Stress Analysis We can generate mesh models from your existing CAD or paper definitions, assign material properties and loads. We then use high end solvers including: ANSYS, NASTRAN, PATRAN and ElFini to generate the various outputs including:
