Consumer product design requires the blend of both technical design plus aesthetics to create products desirable to consumers. The designers must listen to the customer to obtain the design parameters and then apply engineering technical skills to accomplish the task that not only perform to specifications but are also pleasing to the eye and ergonomically comfortable.

Let us take your napkin concepts and make them a reality. We have numerous examples of product designs that were presented to us as concepts or crude sketches. We were able to take the customers ideas and take them through complete design all the way to either physical prototypes or completely through to manufactured items. Similar to consumer product design, patent design services requires the blend of both technical design plus aesthetics to create products desirable to consumers. VIEW OR DESIGN PROCESS

Here are some of the many products we have developed for our customers.

Cloud 9 Bicycle Seat

The Cloud-9 Bike® seat is a plastic injection seat with steel wire frame and foam padding. Actual size 14 in X 8 in. It was completely designed and created by Bayden Engineering. The product was sold for about 3 years and was then discontinued.

DeltaWave Nasal Cannula

The DeltaWave is a nasal cannula developed for Remsleep Holdings. It is mass marketed.

Staple-Remover

The "Staple Eater" was developed for a customer. It went into production but was never marketed to the public.

Magic-Cube

The "Magic Cube" was developed and modeled in CAD. Although it could have been manufactured, it never progressed beyond the conceptual and kinematic analysis phase.

RotoBall Motor

The "RotoBall" motor was a device that was developed by an offshoot company of Bayden Engineering. Full size physical parts were fabricated and tested. The design was proven to work but did not progress beyond testing samples.

Power-Painter

Yep. It is what you think. Although not developed for or by Bayden Engineering, the "Wagner Power Painter" TM, was developed by a designer that worked for Bayden Engineering. He was working for "Wagner" at the time and therefore the Patent is under the corporate Name. Out of respect, his name was Lee Chadwick. Shifter

Yep. It is what you think. Although not developed for or by Bayden Engineering, the floor mount shifter, was developed by a designer that worked for Bayden Engineering. He was working for a parent company at the time and therefore the Patent is under the corporate Name. Out of respect, his name was Lee Chadwick. wishbone

This simple concept was designed and manufactured by Bayden Engineering for a customer. The concept was to market plastic wishbones for any "binary" event that could occur. For example: will the baby be a boy or a girl. In this case, "Boy" or "Girl" would be embossed onto each prong.

Palm-Wrench

The "palm wrench" was developed for a customer. It never went beyond conceptual phase.

Eyepod

The "EyePod" product was developed for a customer. It went through to full manufacturing but was never marketed.

Watch and Learn

This product was developed by Bayden Engineering for a Customer. It was designed as a tactile, precursor to a television. It would scroll images while playing music. It never went beyond conception.

RainCloud

The "RainCloud" was developed for a customer but never went to manufacturing. At the time, it would have been the first wi-fi based irrigation control unit.
