Some of Our
Projects

 Listed below show our legacy aircraft upgrades.

For all "awarded" projects, we were supplied with a Tool data package (TDP) which consists of:

  • 2D part drawings (usually supplied as pdf's)

  • 2D loft drawings (usually supplied as pdf's)

  • Parts list data

  • ECN data

  • Spec sheets as required

  • Part processing sheets (coatings, heat treat, etc.)

B-52 NOSE DOME

A Boeing B-52 Nose Dome. We were supplied with a standard Tool Design Package (TDP). 2D lofting curves needed to be converted to 3D CAD surface lofts before 3D solid models could be generated. A 3D assembly fixture was developed. All parts were fabricated.

Project started from provided lofting and and assembly drawings.

All parts solid modeled. Used as a tool for systems routing and modifications.

Project started from provided lofting and and assembly drawings.

All parts solid modeled, and fabricated. Used to facilitate design changes based on mission requirements.

An E6 Aircraft program panel. We were supplied with a standard Tool Design Package (TDP). 2D lofting curves needed to be converted to 3D CAD surface lofts before 3D solid models could be generated. A 3D assembly fixture was developed. All parts were fabricated.
